Even with interest rates starting to climb there is not enough inventory to satisfy the Buyers in the market for a home. As demand remains high there is a ton of activity at open houses, multiple offers within a week and prices keep going up. Here is my newsletter with some stats. Palos Verdes Houses Market Update
As a lifelong resident of Palos Verdes I care greatly for the native plants and animals on the hill. Here are some ideas for planting this spring. I also make a birdbox for the Western Bluebird as they are competing for habitat with the sparrow. This box is a safe home for the Bluebird and helping increase their population.
