bout local birds, butterfly’s, and native plants. He mentioned that sparrows are taking the habitat that the Western Bluebird would nest in, so I thought that I should make a birdbox.
I did some research and came up with the dimensions of the box and made a bundle from Red Oak fence posts and some hardware. This box has been outside my office window vacant for a year, but TODAY – I had some visitors. Looks like a cute couple is looking for a home. I am soooo pleased.. Thanks Randy for the great advice, and Thanks to the Palos Verdes Land Conservancy for protecting our natural habitat.
