It was a beautiful Fall day in November to look at homes for sale in Palos Verdes. The first stop was at a larger home on Via Almar in the historic neighborhood of Malaga Cove in Palos Verdes Estates. The bedrooms were downstairs leaving the top floor for entertaining and views of the queens necklace.
128 Via Las Vegas was a cute home in the desirable area of Valmonte in PVE. It was super cute and had potential, as it could use some upgrades, and it was priced very well.
5167 Bluemound was a BIG surprise with a HUGE Panormaic View!! This home had a lot of potential for a 4 bedroom and a good sized yard before an enormous view. I think this will sell very quickly, so if you have interest, please get ahold of me right away.
27886 Longhill also had an incredible big city view with some of the ocean and queens necklace. There are some great options hitting the market and this is one of the best times of the year to buy a house.
