Next week is Thanksgiving, which means things are about to get very busy for the holidays and real estate will start to slow down (historically it does). Many homes that have a high Days on Market will be cancelling the listing soon. The MLS will reset the Days on Market to zero if the home is off the market for 90 days.  The best time to sell is the Spring, so if they cancel in December, they can go back on in March with a fresh count.  If there is a home that you really like and it cancels, there is a chance they will sell during the holidays, so let me know which one you can see yourself living in.

Started the day at a large home on Via Carrillo. I really like this flat street that is close to everything and a great buy.

The next house at 2108 Palos Verdes Drive West was a beautiful surprise of elegance and a great vibe.  I like this home a lot and thought it had a lot to offer with cool clean lines and the indoor outdoor feel that is soo nice in Palos Verdes. Close to all the top schools and the great trails along the cliffs, this property has a lot to offer.

4511 Marloma was also a surprise. The property was recently restored and had soo much to see. It was all done very well and classy and high end. There was a detached gym, a huge sauna bath, a casita with kitchionette, and much much more.

5314 Middlecrest had a lot to offer. The backyard had a nice pool and pool house, plus a terraced area with fruit trees.  The home felt really big, and had good flow. The kitchen was very nice high quality and work, and opened to the family room looking out over the back yard.  The home was a good size and had great flow.

10 Martingale is a beautiful home with a large lot and peaceful setting.  There are some views of the City and canyon along with some good upgrades.  There is a nice large pool and beautiful yard.

3420 Starline had a huge view. You could sit and gaze out to the ocean or over the port for hours with soo much to look at and see. The home was nice, I think one room was converted from a bedroom to a den.

3570 Heroic also had a good view. There was ocean view from the backyard and a very nice single level home with a pool.  It could use some upgrades inside, but appears to be in great condition and has a lot to offer.
